Salary/Pay Scale

Monthly emoluments vary by post code, ranging from Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 42,000/-, plus HRA at 20%, as detailed in the Vacancy Details table above. Women project personnel are eligible for maternity leave of 180 days, and male project personnel for paternity leave of 15 days (in case of two surviving children), as per CSIR norms, with stipend paid only after rejoining and submission of relevant medical documents. Project personnel are entitled to 12 days of leave per year (one day per month); leave beyond this is without emoluments on a pro-rata basis.

Selection Process

Selection is through a walk-in interview process. Shortlisted candidates (based on screening criteria fixed by the Competent Authority) will be required to appear for the interview at CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar, on the tentative dates specified for their respective post codes and subject/branch.
