NSL is recruiting Executive Trainees across 10 disciplines: Ceramics, Chemical, Civil, Computer & Information Technology, Electrical, Finance, Human Resources, Instrumentation, Mechanical, and Metallurgy. Salary/Pay Scale
Executive Trainees will be in training for 6 months initially and will be offered a Basic Pay of Rs. 50,000/- plus Dearness Allowance (IDA) as per Company rules. On successful completion of training, they will be designated as Assistant Managers in the scale pay of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/-, with initial Basic Pay fixed at Rs. 60,000/- per month. On successful completion of training, they will also be entitled to Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, perquisites under the Cafeteria Approach, PF, Gratuity, Performance Related Pay (PRP), and other allowances and benefits as applicable under NSL rules. Selection Process
The selection process involves three stages:
