Salary/Pay Scale (Basic Pay)

Tenure-based personnel will be paid at the rate of 1/30th of the Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance for 8 hours of work per day. Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) as prevalent will be applicable, along with House Rent Allowance as per city classification (when Company Quarter is not available). Personnel will be eligible for EPF and Employee Compensation Act benefits as per government guidelines, and bonus (if applicable) as per the Bonus Act 1965.

Selection Process

1. Selection is based on marks scored in B.E./B.Tech./Diploma/B.Sc. (Chemistry as major subject) and Personal Interaction/Interview only, in order of merit.
2. Cut-off percentage for calling candidates for personal interaction/interview may be decided by the Ordnance Factory to ensure sufficient competition.
3. Merit list is prepared based on combined marks in Degree/Diploma/B.Sc. and Personal Interaction/Interview.
