The World Bank Group has announced the 2nd Round of applications for its flagship Joint Japan World Bank Scholarship Program 2026. This prestigious fully funded scholarship is funded by the Government of Japan and managed by the World Bank Group. It provides an opportunity for students from developing countries to pursue full-time Master's degree programs in development-related fields at 24 leading universities across the USA, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Japan. 🎯 Eligibility Criteria
— Must be a citizen of an eligible World Bank member developing country.
— Must not hold dual citizenship of a developed country.
— Must be in good health to attend the degree program.
— Must hold a minimum Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience in a development-related field.
— Must secure unconditional admission to an eligible Master's program at one of the participating host institutions outside the applicant's country of citizenship.
— Applicants who previously secured and declined the scholarship are NOT eligible.

👉 Phase 1 — Secure Admission: Apply and receive an unconditional admission offer from one of the 24 participating host institutes
👉 Phase 2 — Apply for Scholarship: Once admitted, apply on the official JJ/WBGSP online portal
👉 Apply via laptop or computer (portal not optimized for mobile/tablet)
👉 Apply for only ONE master's program (multiple applications = disqualification)
